All content published by IMUG — including but not limited to presentations, articles, event materials, and visual assets — is the intellectual property of IMUG, unless otherwise noted. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of this content is prohibited without prior written permission from IMUG.
IMUG materials may be downloaded and used for personal or professional purposes, provided no commercial benefit is derived. Content may not be altered, distorted, or misrepresented in any way.
Event recordings, slides, and related materials are made available exclusively to registered participants. Sharing or redistribution outside the IMUG community is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by IMUG.
Some IMUG materials may include references to tools, code, or resources licensed under third-party agreements. Users are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of those respective licenses.
Where applicable, open-source resources distributed by IMUG are governed by the terms of their respective licenses. Users must ensure compliance with those open-source licensing agreements.
When sharing permitted IMUG content, proper attribution is required. This includes:
- The name of the original author(s) or speaker(s)
- The title of the event or publication
- A visible link to IMUG's official website (e.g. www.imug.be)
For special permissions to use, adapt, translate, or redistribute IMUG materials beyond the standard allowances, please contact the IMUG team at info@imug.be or with the speaker applicable.
IMUG reserves the right to amend these licensing terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of IMUG content implies acceptance of the current terms.
